Directions for students

•    Please change the accompaniment

•    Change the sounds of the instruments

•    Transpose progression from E to G

•    Add a second verse with a different instrumentation

•    Create mp3 file to share with the class

Garage Band Blues Project II

Teacher: Teach the piano keyboard and the notes for an E blues Scale

Directions for Students

•    Manipulate the progression until you have three choruses.

•    Using the E progression from the first assignment, improvise a melody over the progression.

•    Record an improvisation over the first verse

•    Use the note entry feature to compose a melody over the third verse
